About This Role
Join the team at Sundek of Central Texas, the premier decorative concrete experts in the region. We are looking for a detail-oriented, high-energy Administrative Assistant to serve as the backbone of our Temple/Belton office. You will be the first point of contact for our clients and the vital link between our sales representatives, project managers, and installation crews. Responsibilities
What You'll Do
- Client Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for incoming leads, scheduling site visits for the sales team, and providing project status updates to homeowners.
- Project Support: Assist in the preparation and tracking of project proposals and bid documents using our internal CRM and proposal builder.
- Documentation Management: Maintain digital project folders, including job photos, technical application sheets, and signed customer approvals.
- Office Operations: Manage office supplies, coordinate vendor deliveries, and ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the administrative suite.
- Logistics Liaison: Support the scheduling of installation crews and ensure all necessary job-site documentation is prepared for the field teams.
Requirements
What We're Looking For
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an administrative or office management role, preferably within the construction or home services industry.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Drive) and experience working within a CRM environment.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on professional client interaction.
- Organization: A "master of details" who can manage multiple moving parts without losing focus on accuracy.
- Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Central Texas area (Temple, Belton, Killeen, Waco) is a significant plus for scheduling logistics.
